CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, especially during difficult times. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and compassionate, while allowing us to prepare your service with care. Please review the terms below.

Free Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Booking

Clients may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as the service date is more than 5 days away.

Cancellations Made 5 Days Before the Scheduled Service

If you cancel at least 5 days before your scheduled ceremony, you will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.

Cancellations Made Within 3–4 Days of the Service

Cancellations made 3 to 4 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Service

Due to scheduling and preparation costs, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service are non-refundable.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If we must cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for the scheduled service without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
