• Reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
• A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the scheduled departure.
• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a partial refund, while cancellations within 72 hours may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking.
• All passengers must comply with the captain’s instructions and safety regulations onboard.
  
• No illegal substances, hazardous materials, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
  
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that ashes are properly contained and compliant with all legal requirements for scattering at sea.
  

• Our services are subject to weather conditions and other factors affecting maritime safety.
• If weather conditions make it unsafe to proceed, we reserve the right to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
  
• In rare cases where a rescheduling is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
  

• Sea Farewells Aura Special Charters Services and its crew are not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including natural events, equipment failure, or customer negligence.
• Customers acknowledge that participating in maritime activities involves certain inherent risks, and they voluntarily assume such risks when using our services.
  

• Customers must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the scattering of ashes at sea.
• We will provide guidance on the appropriate procedures, but it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all legal requirements are met.
  

• We may take photographs or videos during the service for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in advance.
• Any images or media shared by customers may be used for testimonials or marketing unless otherwise requested.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
