Is sea scattering legal in Florida?

Yes, sea scattering is legal as long as it complies with EPA guidelines. Ashes must be scattered at least 3 nautical miles from shore.

Do you provide a certificate of the ceremony?

Yes, all our services include a memorial certificate. Unattended services also include video and GPS location of the scattering.

Are your ceremonies religious?

We can accommodate religious, spiritual, or secular ceremonies. We’ll tailor the experience based on your preferences.

Q: Are the ceremonies private?
A: Yes, each ceremony is 100% private. Whether for a small or large group, your gathering will be intimate and personal, ensuring a meaningful experience.
Q: How long does a group ceremony typically last?

A: The entire ceremony, from dock to dock, may last approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours. This allows ample time for a heartfelt and meaningful tribute.

How many guests can come on the yacht?

Most of our vessels accommodate 6–12 guests comfortably. Let us know your needs when booking.

What do I receive with an unattended ceremony?

You’ll receive a video of the ceremony, photographs, GPS coordinates of the scattering location, and a digital memorial certificate.

Can I choose a specific day for the scattering?

We'll do our best to accommodate date requests depending on weather and tides. You'll be informed in advance of the scheduled day.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 7–14 days in advance, especially during high seasons.
